Brand New Cottage Steps from Caribbean-Side Tranquility Bay Beach

Welcome to Moonlit Escape, a brand new (October 2025) cottage a short walk from two spectacular beaches.  Moonlit Escape is a 3-minute walk down a private bath to a world-class Caribbean Beach called Tranquility Bay.  You will usually have this beach to yourself!

If you prefer an Atlantic-side beach, a 5-minute walk down Knowles Drive will take you to a beautiful Atlantic side beach.  On the way you will pass Sweet and Savory take-out restaurant, a 2 minute walk from the cottage.

Moonlit Escape features one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one full bath and a 50" Smart TV.  The modern island kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and more.  The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and a sofa and chair.  Amenities include air conditioning throughout, Starlink, satellite and a washer/dryer.

Outside, Moonlit Escape has a wrap-around veranda.  The cottage is nestled in the woods in a quiet spot just off the main road.  Amenities on the property include a basketball court and a trampoline.  We also have beach chairs and beach umbrella.  

A 5-minute drive takes you to Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera.  Governors Harbour has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor.  Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street.  You won’t want to miss it.

Moonlit Escape is located 5 minutes from the Governors Harbour Airport and 50 minutes from the North Eleuthera Airport.
