Welcome to Cocoa Banks Reserve, a brand new (August, 2026) four-bedroom estate located on the prestigious Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the most sought-after location on Eleuthera.  Cocoa Banks Reserve is located a 3-minute walk down a sandy path to the pink sands of world-famous Poponi Beach.

Cocoa Banks Reserve consists of three adjacent cottages, each with a full kitchen, living/dining areas, decks, and a private plunge pool:

Sapphire Cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in closets, two full baths with walk-in showers and bidets, and ocean views from all rooms.

Emerald Cottage has 1 bedroom with a king bed, one full bath with walk-in shower and bidet, and ocean views from all rooms.

Crystal Cottage has 1 bedroom with a king bed and one full bath with walk-in shower and bidet.

Each cottage has a modern kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, glass-topped range and oven, and a microwave.  Other appliances include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.  Everything you need to prepare gourmet meals is provided.

Each great room features a sofa bed and a wall-mounted 65-inch flat-screen TV.  Step out onto your deck to enjoy the ocean views and take a dip in your private plunge pool!

From Cocoa Banks Reserve, it is a 3-minute walk down a sandy path to world-famous Poponi Beach, a mile-long stretch of pink sand and turquoise water.  La Bougainvillea Resort, with its excellent restaurant is located on this beach, just 150 yards to the north.

The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is just 8 minutes by car from the property. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it.

Amenities at Cocoa Reserve include AC throughout, high-speed internet, bidet, washer/dryer, whole-house back-up generator and private parking.

The base rate for Cocoa Reserve is for the first 8 guests.  Additional guests are $25 per night per guest.

We love toddlers, but unfortunately we can't allow them at this property for safety reasons.
