As of this writing, this new house has never been occupied by a guest.  Everything is completely new and ready for your first unforgettable stay in this beautiful tropical paradise.  Come be our first guest!

Blue Lagoon Beach House offers 2,080 square feet of air-conditioned living space and combines modern comfort with exceptional privacy.  Behind the house, you’ll find a private swimming pool with comfortable loungers and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying peaceful evenings under the Bahamian sky.

Blue Lagoon offers 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends:

The house is fully prepared for a comfortable stay. Amenities include AC throughout, fast and reliable Starlink WIFI, whole-house back-up generator for uninterrupted power, private pool, snorkel gear, two sea kayaks, and a Pack and Play.  The living room has a 50” TV.  For relaxing evenings, there is also a selection of DVDs available, so you can enjoy a movie after a day spent at the beach.

The village of Savannah Sound, with its excellent grocery store, Midway Cost Cutters, is just a few minutes away by car.  The town of Palmetto Point, less than 10 minutes from the house, has several smaller stores restaurants and the island’s best medical clinic.  The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, just 15 minutes by car from the property, has excellent restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and much more. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor.  Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street.  You won’t want to miss it.
