Escape to the secluded luxury of Dream House…your very own private tropical paradise offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the deserted beach below.

Leave the cares of the world behind you. Push open the expansive sliding glass doors and step outside. Breathe in the sweet fresh ocean air. Allow yourself to be the soothed by the tropical breezes and the gentle rhythms of the surf below.

Start your day sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee from your expansive glass-railed deck. Then follow your footsteps down to the soft pink sands of your secluded beach. Wade into the rejuvenating seawater or wander in solitude along your pristine beach. Rinse off under your seaside shower, then plunge into the soothing heated saltwater of your private pool.  (A pool heat fee of $350 per week applies if you would like the pool heated.)

After a leisurely pool-side breakfast, don your snorkel and fins and explore the coral reefs just beyond your beach. Or soak up the sun while escaping into the pages of that special book you have been saving. After lunch, take a leisurely float in your secluded pool or nap under the dappled shade of a palm tree.

In the evening enjoy preparing your dinner in your beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen. Listen to your favorite tunes from the rich stereo of your Sonos Bluetooth speakers all while looking out over the ever-changing seas. Marvel at the spectacular island sunset over cocktails. Dine under the stars, savoring freshly caught seafood, grilled to perfection on your gas grill and locally-grown organic veggies all delicately seasoned with herbs snipped from your very own organic herb garden. Or…let yourself be pampered… book an ocean-side table at one of the world-class restaurants (just a short drive away) and dance the night away to the live rhythms of Island music.

After dinner relax in the living room on your Italian leather sofa, while catching glimpses of passing cruise ships off in the distance. Then head down to the lower level and enjoy a movie on your 55” Roku TV from your luxurious reclining La-z-boy sofa.  Or, opt for the seclusion of your expansive Master suite and watch your 48” Roku TV in the comfort of your premium-quality king-size bed. 

Just before you head off to dreamland, tiptoe outside and let the last remnants of stress dissolve away while gazing up at the billions of stars twinkling above. Then crawl between your silky sheets and drift off into a deep and restorative sleep lulled by the gentle sea breezes and rhythmic surf below. Dreams really can come true.

Dream House is a newly-built, modern two-story, 3 bed/3 bath house with all the comforts of home much more. Our back-up generator ensures no power failures to spoil your dream!  We also have a pack n play crib.

Rates are for the first 6 guests.  Additional guests are $350 per week each.

Please note: 
Families with young children are advised that the pool is in close proximity to the house and accessible through 5 doorways. There is no fence or gate around the pool. Also, stone retaining walls present fall hazards. 
All screens are 20/20 mesh to keep out even the smallest no-see-ums.
